Normally, open enrollment is 12 in-person sessions per year. However, after hearing more and more from our community that clients want more guidance from a fitness and training standpoint, we are now giving you the option each month to either choose to come in-person to your session or have us create your training program for you that month. So now if you invest in 11 sessions with us, the 12th one is on us. This is incredibly effective and allows us to reduce injuries instead of waiting for them to occur. Best of all, it's extremely time efficient. We give you the care you need delivered at the highest level!
